Sommore Birmingham Concert reviews
The Almost was amazing!
The concert was a huge need to be honest and let you guys know my thoughts of the concert. I never normally write a review, but I really felt that.
The Almost was the only positive thing about the concert. They are a band worth inviting back and did an incredible job. They portray themselves as a humble group of guys that love what they do, and I loved them. They are a really talented group and put on a good show!
On the other hand, Sommore was not a group I believe should be playing a concert that is for all ages. Their stance on alcohol poisoning and encouraging the crowd to get messed up shocked me. They started the concert out with throwing a lit cigarette into the crowd and did nothing but drop the f bomb and pour alcohol around the stage and crowd.
I would have taken her out immediately. I am so thankful that it didn’t work out for them to come. I was originally going to have a 17 year old with me at this concert.
This is the first time I have really been in shock. I have been to many events at The House of Blues and have loved the shows and your venue. Next time you invite a group like Sommore please make sure that you put an over 18 disclaimer on the show.
